Booking Policy

When booking online, I require a $30 deposit fee that will be deducted from the traveling fees on your final invoice at the conclusion of our signing or refunded if the meeting is can cancelled prior to 24 hours before our scheduled time.

My bookings are catered to your location of choice. However, I reserve the right to request a different location as necessary.

I will arrive at the location 5-10 minutes prior to the meeting time. I allow for a 10 minute late policy. I request that you reach out to me if you will be more than 10 minutes tardy. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your signing will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. 

Please inform me if you will need any notarial documentation 24 hours before your signing so I have ample time to prepare your documents. 

If possible, please send me the documents you need notarized 24 hours in advance so I may review them and  determine if the documents are complete. I will either let you know of any missing information in advance or confirm their completion at our meeting. 

The deposit fee will not be refunded if the meeting is cancelled within 24 hours of our scheduled time. I request you let me know via email as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so I can optimize my working hours. 

I offer alterior times by appointment only if you require a time other than my scheduled working hours. Please call or email me to schedule.  

If I attend a meeting but your documents are incomplete and cannot be notarized, the deposit fee will not be refunded. I am happy to review documents in advance to prevent incompletion at the signing.

By booking with me, you will be required to accept my booking policies.
